Voxcom Security Alarm Monitoring has a lot of consumer complaints in one area in particular. People (who fail to read their contracts) do not like it when their monitoring fee increases during the term of the contract (which they reserve the right to do). This is a word to the wise.

Despite the consumer reports the BBB rates them quite high, ranging from B+ to A+. Further, the sales department of Voxcom Security Systems seems quite friendly.
